How do I add or update charity places in 3rd party events?

This article is for charities with places in 3rd party events such as Great North Run.
Please note there is no way for charities to recruit own place participants using timeoutdoors - only add details if you have bought guaranteed places.

Please login to your account and select the Charity places button.

To update an existing charity place



Select the Update button for the relevant charity place and make the changes.
Once you've finished making your changes, confirm the details when prompted - this will let us know you want the changes to go live.
We'll then quality check the updates and publish them on the site.

To add a new charity place



Select Add new charity place and enter the details requested.
Once you've finished adding the details, confirm the details when prompted - this will let us know you want the charity place to go live.
We'll then quality check the details and publish it on the site.

Alternatively please email charities@timeoutdoors.com with details of the charity place - we'll then add it to your account.

To remove a charity place



Select the remove icon for the relevant event (red bin).
This temporarily removes the charity place.
