How do I add or update a charity organised event?

This article is for charities that organise their own events. Please do not use this for charity places in 3rd party events.
Please login to your account and select the Events button.

To update an existing event



Select the Update button for the relevant event and make the changes.
Once you've finished making your changes, confirm the event details when prompted - this will let us know you want the changes to go live.
We'll then quality check the updates and publish them on the site.

To add a new event



Select Add new event and enter the details requested.
Once you've finished adding the details, confirm the event details when prompted - this will let us know you want the event to go live.
We'll then quality check the details and publish it on the site.

Alternatively please email events@timeoutdoors.com with details of the event - we'll then add it to your account.
