Who do you share my data with?

We don't share your data with anyone and we never sell it.
The only exception to this is when you have requested information about an adventure, charity place, challenge, event etc via the website, we will share your details with the organisation organising the adventure, challenge, event etc to enable them to respond to your request.
They are only entitled to use your data for the purposes of replying to the request - they are NOT entitled to add your details to their own general database without your further permission.
If you think that you have been added to a third party mailing list after you have made a request via TimeOutdoors, please email hello@timeoutdoors.com with details of the company sending you emails and examples of the emails and we will discuss this with them.
