# Listing an event

We offer free and paid options for listing events - the basic differences are as follows:

Free listing | £0 forever
* Basic event details
* Basic race details
* Unlimited races

Premium local listing | £300+VAT for 12 months
* Full event details
* Full race details
* Unlimited races
* Premium coverage on regional pages
* Add rich-text descriptions
* Upload logo, hero photo & photo gallery
* Upload GPS routes (coming soon)
* One-click to your online entry system

Premium national listing | £500+VAT for 12 months
* As above plus premium coverage on key landing pages for national coverage

# Adding a new event

If you are already registered, please [login here](https://www.timeoutdoors.com/signin) to add a free or premium listing. We might need to add the event options to your account - if it's not obvious how to add an event when you login, please contact us via the chat and we'll update your account.

If you're new to TimeOutdoors and haven't previously listed an event, please [register here](https://www.timeoutdoors.com/register) (tick the 'I'd like to add free event listings' option) and follow the instructions to add the event.

# Updating an event

| It's much quicker to update your event from last year than add a new one.
If you are the event organiser and would like to update your event details, please [login to the account](https://www.timeoutdoors.com/signin) in which the event is registered. 

|| The **username** is your email address.  
If you don't know the **password** , please use the 'Get password reminder' button at the [login screen](https://www.timeoutdoors.com/signin) to request a reminder.

If you don't know the **username/password** , please contact us via the chat and we'll send you your login details.
