# How do I add or update a charity organised event?

||| This article is for charities that organise their own events. Please do not use this for charity places in 3rd party events.
Please [login to your account](https://www.timeoutdoors.com/signin) and select the **Events** button.

# To update an existing event

* Select the **Update** button for the relevant event and make the changes.
* Once you've finished making your changes, confirm the event details when prompted - this will let us know you want the changes to go live.
* We'll then quality check the updates and publish them on the site.

# To add a new event

* Select **Add new event** and enter the details requested.
* Once you've finished adding the details, confirm the event details when prompted - this will let us know you want the event to go live.
* We'll then quality check the details and publish it on the site.
